Similar to the issue above everyone at this location and the scheduling team for west Texas was amazing on assisting me with the wrong drop off location. Extremely friendly and understanding. Just the call center on the 1-800 number and the El Paso scheduling call center customer service is awful.

Attendant was not very helpful. Basically, had to figure out where to place the trailer on return. Would not immediately check me in said she would email the receipt. The Trailer was returned on Saturday 8/15 did not get checked in until late on 8/17.

CLINT BLocation was closed when I returned the trailer at 9:00 am Monday. If I had known they didn't open until 10:00, I would have not selected this location for the return since it takes way longer to return- a trailer using the app than it does with someone present. That is also why I didn't want to answer the question about helpful personnel since no one was around but your system required an answer to submit the review.
