Appreciate it, affordable, reliable option
JESSICA RThe truck was dirty chips and food all over the floorboard had to get the guy to clean it out before I left then the return process was very slow it took 10-15 minutes and I was the only person there.
GERALDINE TI was given a truck with less than a 16th of a tank, barely enough to get to a gas station and told that the minimum tank level on return to avoid extra charges was 1/4 tank. That doesn't seem fair for me to be held responsible for the previous renter not putting gas in the tank. That should be on him or your company, not me but since the lowest option on the paperwork was 1/4 tank and I needed the truck I didn't really have an option.
