Met employee when dropping off the truck. He was professional and helpful. Explained all questions I had and provided receipt in timely manner.
John GHounding phone call today from corporate headquarter was offputting. The local franchise had told me how to secure the truck and drop the key through the Mail Drop. I did as told and cleared the premises within the agreed on four hours, which ended an hour after the office closed. I was charged an extra $0.20/mile because there was opportunity to not return timely.

RUDOLFO EI had a 15 ft U-Haul truck reservation and had to change the date trice once due to illness and twice due to weather. But I was finally able to get it and move to a different city in Texas about a 5 hour drive. U-Haul was a great help for my move.
