It would be nice to have an 800 number to call instead of having to use a QR code. When I mentioned it I was told I had to use the QR code only, and the one guy told me I could hitchhike if I had a problem. I was traveling alone and him telling me I could hitchhike was not very nice. I was a little offended. The Uhaul that I had was the bumpiest Uhaul that I have ever driven. It was a rough ride from Lubbock to Grand Rapids.
Waverly KTruck was worn out with no shocks. Headlight missing and rubber around passenger door falling off. Truck was best up.

kay aThis U-Haul location met our needs very well the 20 foot truck that we rented was exactly what we needed for a 24 hour period it made moving my daughter so much easier and instead of making 4 or 5 trips we made just 1 trip thank y’all very much I would definitely rent from this location again and definitely recommend ya’ll to others.
