I was charged for two (2) days when I was told that I could have the truck for 24 Hrs. Other wise I would have brought it back earlier. With all the added fees it wasn't as inexpensive as first thought.

The trailer was covered with mud. I hooked it up myself, because the owner was too occupied, and of course I did it wrong. (Not really), but the owner was quick to criticize.

Could it be made more affordable to rent one way? my rental was cheaper to let the trailer sit for ten days and bring it back than it was to just use it for two days and drop it off at my destination. overall. I'm very happy with the equipment and the Dave from gold coast!

Price break for people who only use it for a few hours. I used 1 three times within a 2 week period. 2 times no more than 4 hours. $72 at a time kinda hurts the wallet. But nice friendly people clean nice trucks.

I was very pleased with the service. When I discovered the day before my rental that I had reserved the trailer accidentally a week after I needed it, Gold Coast staff courteously changed my arrangements so that I could go ahead with the move.

Gates are very tight corners, hard to maneuver. Had to drive truck up to office to pick up pads from back storage area. Very difficult, ended with striking manager's personal trailer due to limited turning area. Not a good way to start the trip!

Office internet was down when location opened. Not the fault of the office person but a backup procedure should have been in place in case this happens. We have 4 people waiting for rentals until another person came in and turned on his phone as a wifi hotspot. I had already completed mobile check-in and was on a tight time deadline so this added additional stress to my day. again, NOT the Office persons fault, this is a system or procedure issue, please fix. thanks

I was charged twice for one rental. Then it was stated that I didn't fill the tank back to the starting point, though i have photos of the gas level on the dash (never received a call from a supervisor when the complaint was elevated), and it took a week to get the double charge taken care of, during which I incurred overdraft fees on my checking account as I waited for the extra charge to be refunded.

Please fix the online reservation system. I called the local number and got a call center, went through a dozen questions just to find out if they had the trailer I needed. Many more questions before I was asked for a credit card to hold the trailer. The call had taken so long that by that time I was pulling into the lot. The lady on the phone said she had saved my reservation so I could just walk in and pay. When I got inside there was no reservation in the system, so we had to go through it all again. I understand using a phone number or email address to identify a customer, but each time I rent I'm asked for both, and my cell, and my address, and my vehicle info. Where does all of that info go when it's entered?

There was a truck on site that was the size I wanted to rent. They couldn't find the keys so I had to rent a larger, more expensive truck. Ridiculous. Bait and switch.
