My rental required a 1 day return even though this location was closed on Sunday. All the cargo trailers were parked inside a large fenced in area that was locked with no access for me to park the trailer there. On the office door, other than instructions to leave a key in the drop (not applicable to the cargo trailer I rented) and to login to the app, there were no instructions as to where to park the trailer when the business is closed. Concerned about leaving a cargo trailer parked outside the office in that area of town, I called U-Haul customer service & they told me I had already confirmed the return to that location so no matter what I needed to park the trailer on the property. Giving me no other choice but to park the cargo trailer in a small area right in front of the office steps.

Nothing nice large area to turn around in friendly staff very helpful people
ANITA PUhaul required cell phone to do return. I could not simply deposit contract and had to go get phone or else would be charged $20 for the office being closed. This was not the case in a previous return there. Uhaul then messed up the return and charged for an extra day. This was not the locations fault it was Uhaul's fault.
