Drop off went smooth. About a week later, I was sent an email saying I owed additional charges. Without getting into all that, there were some discrepancies in the amount. Yes I did owe some $, however one of the charges I didn’t feel was correct so I sent an email letting them know I wanted to dispute it. The next day I got a call from the manager and he told me don’t worry about it, and he had cancelled my balance. You don’t get customer service like that anymore. I highly recommend using these guys if you need a moving truck. They will treat you right!!

How U-Haul Reviews Workthe location of this drop off was way out of the way for me and was hard to find cause it was in a residential neighborhood
Chad DIt was not the location, that was great. However the AC didn't work in truck, there were ants and all they did was supposedly give us a $50 discount. I do not feel like that was enough for all the trouble.
