The U-haul guy wasn’t there when I went for the pickup but a quick phone call was all it took to start the reservation with the keys in a padlocked box outside the store. Brought the truck back and handed the keys to the guy in the store and the final receipt was emailed the next day. Everything was accurate.

The truck had less than a quarter tank of gas, and the light came on within the first 15 minutes of driving….very annoying for a rental vehicle.
Jeff AUpdate and upgrade the equipment specifically, the truck the steering needed work. The truck kept popping out of park and difficult to pull out of park.
Robert HThere was a water bottle jug left in the van, the key was stuck because of the key card when we tried to retrieve it from the lock box, and the location had random strange men lurking around.
Porter UIt was kind of hidden and. I did saw that the trucks were left on a grass area, but it seems confusing to spot where to leave the truck if you do not see any trucks there before hand. At least leaving the keys was super easy.
