We originally scheduled this pickup for Timberlake dr in Lynchburg and it was one mile from the desired location. This was scheduled way in advance. However two days prior to pickup I received a phone call saying the trailer had to be picked up at a new location that was five minutes away. This was not true it was 20 minutes out of the way for a total of 40 minutes wasted. This was a complete disruption to our schedule.

I wasn't able to upload the photos of the truck when picking up due to low/no wifi/cell service.
Randi MJohn Taylor at Regional Auto went above and beyond for us when my mistake caused an issue with a U-haul rental that might have left my Mom to pay for. John took time to call her when he saw that something wasn't right. When I learned of it myself, I drove to meet with John, knowing by this point that I was actually responsible for. When I explained what happened, John, with his remarkable instinct to help others, and like Abby and the others at Fallwell Airport also did for me, my kindhearted, caring mother and I were rescued!!! Therefore, I want to thank the U-haul customer care team, Regional Auto Sales, Falwell Airport, and each individual I encountered during this rental process very, very much! You guys really are a winning team! Everyone was friendly, super-helpful, and they really cared. Five stars aren't enough.

Kade kDropped off after hours using the app. Again, very easy to do. The only issue I had was not with either location but with U-Haul itself. We had a tire blowout and sat on the side of the road for more than 3 hours before we could continue. UHaul needs to be better at finding a service provider closer to the breakdown location. Our service provider drove more than an hour to get to us. Then they had to take the wheel to another location to put on the new tire. We were broken down just outside of Farmville, VA. You can't tell me UHaul couldn't find someone in this area to service their vehicle. You can do better, UHaul, and your customers expect better.
