GREGORY LWe originally scheduled this pickup for Timberlake dr in Lynchburg and it was one mile from the desired location. This was scheduled way in advance. However two days prior to pickup I received a phone call saying the trailer had to be picked up at a new location that was five minutes away. This was not true it was 20 minutes out of the way for a total of 40 minutes wasted. This was a complete disruption to our schedule.
