The truck we rented wasn't clean in the cab or the box. It didn't smell good. There was a huge greasy smudge on the inside of the window right in front of where the driver would have to look out that had to be cleaned as it obstructed view. Upon returning the truck, I was told I had to take the moving blankets out that I paid for, and bring them inside the store for the lady and restock them. I have never been asked to do that on several U-Haul rentals before. Very unprofessional additionally, when I brought the truck back, I tried to park it around the side of the building where I picked it up. All of those spots on the side were full so I parked out front where there was another vehicle. When I went inside to turn in my key, I was asked to go back outside and move the vehicle? It seems that is a service that the people who rent vehicles should perform. If they don't have adequate room for parking that is on them and they need to figure it out. I was late for an appointment for all of the extra runaround I had to do between carrying blankets inside and stacking them, and moving the truck.

ALEXANDRA FEasy pick up and drop off, friendly staff.
Maya RIt's a mini-mart. I asked one person where to park. He was very helpful. Another person came out while I was dropping off via the app. She didn't seem to know there was an app. She got into the cab to check the odometer, even though the engine was not on and I had the key. I asked her if I should lock the hand-truck and moving blankets in the back in the truck with the lock, and she was confused. When I showed her the U-Haul padlock, she asked if it was mine. I moved everything into the store, like she asked me to. It turned out ok, but it was strange experience.
Michael CThey made it simple to pick up and return. Vehicle ran great.
