The individual was was responsible for the transaction, left before closing even though I scheduled a pick up for 3:45 pm, and I was there at 3:40pm. I was a difficult process, but I was able to pick up the unit and get help to have it installed. On the return, there was no instructions on what I needed to do, but a friend who was with me, helped me access the U-Haul website, and this made the turn in pretty easy at that point. Not good customer service, but the unit was clean and well maintained. Great software system by the way. Easy to use.

Easy and quick drop off
JOHN OMake sure the employees at all U-Haul stores do not have tons of water on the floor so people don't slip and break their hip because I slipped and fall on the floor in the one in Parma and I hurt my hip he was mopping in the floor with soaking wet
