Tynece DCharged me a $15.00 Safe move insurance fee that I did not approve of or was made aware of when checking out of facility. U-haul facilities usually ask to see insurance cards when renting trucks. This facility did not ask me. I also I specifically put no U-haul insurance on the online pre-booking portal and that I had my own (or would reimburse if needed).
