Did not include accessories ordered--dollies, furniture pads. Was charged to rent them at the Macon location and then charged at drop off over $300 because I did not return them. U-haul tied up my checking account because someone didn't load my truck with ordered items. And because, as the Crawfordsville manager explained, "some new kid just didn't know what he was doing." Bad business.
