Actually have servers that work this is not convenient and I almost lost $450 on the movers I had scheduled, due to U-Haul. It is also a nightmare dealing with the tedious website, uploading multiple pictures. The agent was spectacular but I will NOT utilize U-Haul again due to the issues.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkWas told I had to get a rental only on the app it was confusing and once I got through and tried to take the picture the app said the tags did not match so they had to change trucks twice. When I returned rhe truck was not able to submit pictures app closed when I took first picture.
