The customer service was subpar the material used was damaged and having to drive out of my way to rent the U-Haul had already irritated me as it was block used to lock the U-Haul up with their product in the back was damaged and I felt unsafe leaving it there but had no choice
Anna TCustomer service was rude to me when I was having trouble doing self-checkin and they hung up on me so I had to figure it out on my own.

jonathan hCustomer service agent was not polite of professional in his job. I defiantly could tell he wanted to get done with my paper work so he could go home. He did not take any time to explain any details or arrangements on when I dropped the van off , especially since the location would be closed. I have to call in to your support center and find out what to do when I dropped the rental off. I would rate this young man's service 3 out of ten and will not be renting from the location ever again.
