The location was much better than my last experience with a U-Haul vendor location. The facility was clean, well maintained and orderly. The equipment was ready and there was staff on location to help with the check in and with installing the equipment. The staff were very helpful. This was important as this was our first stop at the end of a 600 mile drive to pick up our child from college. We were getting the equipment to tow our child's car back home.
