Everyone was friendly and helpful. They had to change my reservation because of my mistake. Mrs. Kim was very patient and explained what equipment could safely be pulled by my car and I needed a 3 day rental instead of one. Everything went great and easy. As we returned the rental they came out , inspected the rental and we were done. This Uhaul location need not do anything to improve or change. It was as great experience, especially since my 70 yr old husband and I'm ,71 yrs old, moved from a 2 bdrm/2nd Floor Apartment to a 10×20 ft. Storage facility all by ourselves. The equipment we rented was perfect which made it convenient for our task.
