The company from which I actually rented the U-Haul from was great although I am very dissatisfied with U-Haul itself and the refund policy how is it that you can take a deposit immediately out of someone's account but it can't be put back in someone's account immediately after return of equipment

Iris Buhaul rep did not show. I had to pickup trailer tongue weight by myself and hurt my back. i did not get any furniture pads as originally booked.
