This location, specifically, was excellent... The reservation system that Uhaul used seems flawed... I got a bit of a runaround on where to pick up the trailer... It was confirmed at one place... But no one was there and they became flustered when I reached them... Working with your representative I was able to get confirmation at a different location although it delayed me over an hour... The first place where it was confirmed said that they had no visibility on reservations... So perhaps that's because they didn't look... Or read their texts / emails... They did have a trailer but they weren't there and I couldn't get it therefore and had to go to another place which was a bit of an inconvenience... Thanks for asking
