This location was closed from Thursday, July 2nd to Sunday, July 5th, and this was posted only at the location and not online. Ideally, this should have been relayed through U-Haul and to me directly along with my rental information, since my return date is in the middle of those closed days (the 3rd). Since I do not have a smart phone, I was hoping to return it with staff present. I was also hoping that I could also talk to them about the dolly I never received and avoid charges related to that. I also wanted to avoid the after-hours drop off fee. Luckily we were able to use my girlfriend's smartphone to do the after-hours return, but it kicked me out of the self-return before I could finish. That's not the fault of this location, but the unnecessary closure is, and if we had at least known about it, we could have planned accordingly. It's also just crazy that the location can just decide to close KNOWING that U-Haul is picking our return dates for us AND charging a fee for after-hours equipment return.

Dave GYour online process to reserve a truck and then the next day have to take dozens of pictures and write comments everywhere and get verified was an absolute abomination. I will never do an online rental with you guys again if I have to rent and I can’t do it at an office I’ll go elsewhere.
