Even through Uhaul lost my reservation the two ladies at Steve & Jerrys made it good and got me on my way !!

Michael GThe mats in the truck were dirty. This was documented with pictures during the check in process. I was then charged a cleaning fee at drop off.

DANIEL CI drove 16 miles and was charged a almost an extra 10 for gas. The tank was half full and I left it at that.
MATTHEW MNothing, everything met or exceeded my expectation. The staff was polite, easy to work with, and answered all of my questions. The motorcycle trailer was in great condition, towed easily, and was exactly what I needed.

Janene WI reserved and was charged for an appliance dolly but there was not one in the truck for us. We had to complete the move between the time this location closed and before they opened so we didn’t have an opportunity to go back and get the dolly. The Uhaul mobile check in and check out process is so tedious and time consuming. I will never use that option again, even if I have to rearrange my day to get to a location that is open during the time I pick up and return the truck.

Jeffrey NMake sure the inside of the truck has been swept clean. When a customer pre-orders moving pads, make sure they receive them. DO NOT SELL THEIR PADS TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER! Do not treat customers rudely when they ask questions.

Kim EDespite being explicitly told there would be a service charge for returning the truck with less than 30% gas, the truck had less than 15% when I got it, meaning I had to go to a gas station almost immediately when I was already in a huge rush. Maybe take some of that money you get from charges like the one mentioned above and actually fill the gas tank...

Sean DThe trailer could not be returned anywhere but to the point of return due to an R code. We had trouble with the truck and it cost us an extra day because we could not make it a one way. Luckily we were able to fix the vehicle and made it back with it.
Richard GI've rented many trucks through the years for personal moves and this has to be the very best rental location. Well stocked with moving supplies and plenty of trucks. The rental agent (owner?) was very quick and efficient getting me on the road and the return was effortless.

Crystal KWe were rented a ROACH infested truck without our knowledge. The pickup location (somehow) overlooked the cleaning and sanitation of their vehicles. WOULD NOT recommend pickup at this location in the future.

Garrett SIDK how you could improve this process- I rented the truck online, stopped in to change the pick up time, picked the truck and dolly up in person. Very smooth, efficient and simply process. Everyone I spoke with was nice, knowledgeable and willing to help!
Cheryl BI got the truck with 3/4 fuel. when we took it back it was full. Did we get an adjustment for this? With the cost of gas it's a pretty big deal.

Michael WEverything was really fine except we were charged for renting a furniture dolly, that we wanted, but there was no dolly when we got the truck. It was fine, we managed without it but we were still charged the $7.00 Other than that it was a great and easy service

ROBERT STires were bald on the truck and we got stuck in the mud. Getting though to the service line was not good. I ended up hiring and paying for a towing company to pull the truck out of the mud

James SAfter onloading the truck,we started it to leave and the check engine light came on and the truck would not shift into gear, the power brake pump didn’t turn on and the truck only idled and would not rev when depressing the gas pedal. We shut the truck off and restarted it then it worked. Uhaul needs to check the service and operation of the trucks before renting.

JOHN MMake sure all tires are in good condition. Had one blow out and took over an hour on the side of a busy highway, high heat outside, before someone came to fix tire.
DEBORAH POnline truck pickup was a cool feature! Definitely do it again if I need a uhaul truck!
