The place did not open till 130 but not indicated online or in app. The key did not fit through the drop box

AIMEE LBad parking when picked up the truck and I wasted 45min
German RTruck was dirty. Window seal on drivers side was old and wind blew in. Had 2 towels shut in the window to keep wind and noise out. The passenger side door seal was also old and cold air blew in for the entire 23 hour trip. Warped rotors… steering wheel shook when breaking. Couldn’t go over 74 miles an hour. Couldn’t pass or drive the 80 mph speed limit.
