Truck was dirty. Window seal on drivers side was old and wind blew in. Had 2 towels shut in the window to keep wind and noise out. The passenger side door seal was also old and cold air blew in for the entire 23 hour trip. Warped rotors… steering wheel shook when breaking. Couldn’t go over 74 miles an hour. Couldn’t pass or drive the 80 mph speed limit.

Natashia KThe disc lock was very difficult to get into for the keys to the Uhaul truck. There was a suggestion somewhere on the page about having no pressure on the lock when trying to open it, this was critical as it was the only way to open it. Beyond that delay and some frustration, the rest of the check out process is smooth and easy.
