I don't remember the gentleman's name, but he was really outstanding and helpful. I called him with questions before my pick-up date and he was helpful. He was also very friendly when I picked up the truck. The truck was clean and easy to use. I would recommend that everyone be like this guy. 10 out of 10.

It was a little crowded in the actual location, with ski stuff all around. I would have a set aside location and make it clearer that its a uhaul location. If not for the truck parked outside, it would have been very hard to find it.

Pick-up was scheduled online for 10:00 a.m., but the store doesn't officially open until 10:30 a.m.. Fortunately the guy was there early, so there was no problem, but that's something that could be an issue in the future.

The man who ran the shop was very nice and accommodating but he needed a new computer it took awhile for him to print out the paperwork.

Computer system didn't seem to work at all. I have 3 authorizations on my credit card and none of my reservations or receipts tell me how much I paid. I reserved it for $89 but I have 3 holds of over $130 on my credit card.

The truck ramp was broken. A bracket had broken at the weld, making it nearly impossible to get out alone, and completely impossible to retract alone. The break point had rust on it, indicating it had been that way for a while and no one bothered to fix it. The U-Haul rep did come out to help, and that was a definite plus. But this truck needs to be out of service until fixed. I also did not ask for, nor want "safemove" but was charged for it.

Blankets ordered online were not in the truck. I had to go to another location to pick up the blankets and LUCKILY got the amount I ordered as I did not have blankets reserved at that location. There were issues with my email so my receipt took 2 days to get to me. I called and texted the location several times with no reply and had to be the one to follow-up. Location should have been more proactive to confirm paperwork and order were correct.

Online customer service is bad. They took 25 minutes to respond to a call and gets disconnected.They overcharged me for coverage and $/mile.please call me 757-652-0241 to discuss in detail if you want to improve your service.

Place was closed during day hours. I couldn't return uhaul to a live person. Another group couldn't pick up their truck because the place was closed. If my son-in-law wasn't with me I'm not sure I would have felt safe.
