There was no one there at my original pickup time. The manager showed up about 20 minutes late. He was very helpful, though, and got me hooked up and on my way without any additional issues. There was a significant amount of damage to the trailer including a broken hinge on one of the doors and the screw lock on the ball receiver was bent.
Check the tires and make sure they have tread on them. These were bald and not road worthy.

The building and office were nasty. The chairs and carpet need to be cleaned. The chairs were greatly stained and I did not want to sit in them. The representative was not very friendly. The location was great though and the truck was clean.
Facility accepted a ride share booking without having a drop box to leave the lock. Had to waste 30 minutes figuring out what to do with the lock because U-Haul will charge $30 if you do not return the lock. Quite confused how this location doesnâ€™t have a drop box for keys.
Everything was perfect. Guys got me all set up in no time. Quick and easy.

The major problem is that this location does not have a drop box to drop the key or lock after hours. They have to change the instructions accordingly for equipment return on the mobile app for dropping the key, etc.
The back of the truck had plastic wrap tied to the boards and an empty coke can. I am not one to complain. The gentleman that checked me out was very nice, however he wasnâ€™t the U-Haul guy. The next day I meet the U-Haul guy who was rude and disrespectful and lied to me about tightening the tow dolly to the truck. Instead of it being tight it was very loose and when we went to put the car on it - the dolly almost flipped over onto my friends. Not good. l
Have autoplex check in the vehicle when it's dropped off.

Attendant not present. There were people that were waiting over 1.5 hours for someone to show up. Luckily I had a trailer reserved and I just took it then called and got the contract. I don't know if anyone ever did show up. This is a used car dealership. I even called to notify that I was running late and someone from an offsite location called to confirm. Go somewhere else this place sucks.
Location failed to complete the check in of the trailer. I received a an email from U-Haul a few days later informing me that the trailer was never returned. I contacted the return location and they found the trailer, but logged the return 4 days later. I received an additional charge of $20 for a late return. When I asked the return location to fix this, they told me I have to work it out directly with U-Haul. (Basically told me to get lost)

I was called and told to go to another location they did not have the truck. I went to the second location and the truck was still out. They sent me to this location traffic was heavy we got there the sign said open with a note on the door saying be back in a few minutes it was 45 minutes later. He said he had to help the other guy first and I had been waiting longer.
Our contract said to drop off at 9:00am. Google said they didn't open until 10:00am. Voicemail at both phone numbers (on contract and a different number on Google) for the location just said leave a message (no hours offered or anything like that). We arrived at 10:00am. No one was there and we had to leave about 10:20 to go to another appointment. I went back at 10:45 with a neighbor and they were finally there. Won't be using this facility again.
Very poor customer service. They took 30 minutes to approve my rental through the app. That delayed the entire move, and I ended up paying extra to the helpers.
Wasnâ€™t a typical location. Run down and other customers left upset. Tried to change my reservation but he told me to call someone else. Tried customer service and they were not helpful. Last time I will use U-Haul
