The woman at the location told us that it didn't matter what time we chose to bring the truck back we had it for 24 hours and when we brought it back at 2:00 p.m. which was several hours before 24 hours she attempted to charge us additional fees because she said that she told us to bring it back at 8:00 a.m. and that was not true

ROMAEN CIf you do not smoke I would not recommend this location...strong smell of cigarette and marijuana. There was a vape and cigarette box in the truck from a previous user. Also the person at the desk added charges additional charges. I would never use this location again.
LISA MGentlemen didn’t know how to hook up a trailer. The trailer was in a parking spot that made pulling out more difficult. The gentleman had to take care of other non-U-Haul customers in the middle of taking care of me. It was more hassle than needed.
