The UHaul team failed to include the dolly I requested in my order for my after-hours pick-up. I was not only still charged for the dolly, but I could not even complete the move as I could only transport smaller items. Please give me a UHAUL credit so I can rent another vehicle and complete my move.

The employees’ attitude was anything but acceptable. I was greeted by a woman at first who was ok. She started helping me but a man took over fairly after the beginning of the transaction. Let me say he was not helpful at all. He was very unfriendly, rude and unpleasant. He got my nerves on edge front the get go. I had to remind myself to remain calm to not make the experience more unpleasant than it already was. He seemed like he didn’t want to be doing the kind of job he was doing which was customer service. I was at the store at 1:30pm for reference.

I did not get reimbursed for my miles from my truck. I paid for 10 miles over what I went, so I should be given back what I did not use, but have not been, not can I see my actual statement, so I have no way of looking at what I actually paid for.

Directions said to bring one of the following on a list of items however when I went to pick up the van they didn’t need any of those items. Why would it tell you to have them and then not need them. It was a waste of my time gathering those items. Make sure you directions coincide with the process.

They asked me that if I returned the car at an specific time I answered with doubt, they denied me the service and called me a liar, I keep calm, I made a couple of calls to get help, so be sure to meet the required time I begged them to please rent the car, a man who said he was the manager approached me and told me that if I was not there at the agreed time I would be charged a fine and he would have to call me the police. Everything happened in front of all the customers who were lining up.

We rent uhaul trucks 1-3× wk for past 9 years. Just wanted to write a quick note about a really good manager- Joe from Uhaul Malden Center. He is always very helpful, understands our needs and gets us in and out very quickly, will deal with any of our issues or concerns effectively, always firm in looking out for the companies best interest but still fair and reasonable with how he adjudicates an occasional contested charge. I dont know him personally but have dealt with him at least 30 times and he is always a top notch guy and really good representative for the Uhaul company. You have another really good manager in Quincy Massachusetts named Jose (I believe that's his name) but we have been recently dealing with Joe alot and thought that we really do appreciate his professionalism and service so a quick note is in order. Thanks for helping us and our business out by having a couple really good guys being the face your company

I received the truck an hour late. That reduced my time by an hour. In rushing things up to make it in 3 hours, I got no time to get the fuel. I took the truck at 11/16 reading and returned at 10/16 reading. This was due to the bad experience with U Haul. Trying to call them for assistance for almost 2 hours but the call wasn't answered. Once a representative answered and asked to hold on for a minute and disconnected the call. I was charged almost 10$ for the fuel. But this is all due to the lack of help from U Haul's end. If they would have answered the call properly or provided the truck at the right time, it wouldn't have been a problem. All this was happening on a rainy day where I was all drenched in rain with my friend for almost 2 hours just to get the truck.

This U-Haul has been very helpful. We went on a Europe trip for 8 months teaching refugees the Bible. We held our stuff in a u-haul storage facility and when we came back from Europe, we used U-Haul truck to get our stuff in our apt. Thank you! JW.org

My Uhaul that I reserved ahead of time was not available in the Medford location. I had to pay for an Uber to take me to the Malden location where a truck was available. The mistake put me an hour behind schedule and made my moving schedule more stressful. I have not had a good experience with Uhaul yet. The people and equipment at the Malden location were fine once I was dealing with them.

I reserved a Cargo Van for the location and all confirmations reflected my decision. Upon picking up the vehicle, the customer assistants on the location told me there were no cargo vans available and that the only option was to take a 10’ truck. First I was told I always reserved the truck, even though I have screenshots and confirmations that show I always reserved a cargo van. After insisting and showing proof to the representatives in the location I was told all vans were taken and that by default the webpage assigned me to the truck. Long story short, I received different excuses for something that should not have happened in the first place, making it seem it was my fault and that I reserved the wrong equipment.

Pleaase put a knob on the roll-down window on the driver's side, going through the 'CASH Lane' for tolls without a knob made this aspect of the trip arduous. ALSO: KUDOS! to Lance who checked me in....he was terrific in so many ways!
