Working with S & S Storage ( Scott) , where I picked up my truck was great . Very easy process. I unfortunately dropped my truck off at the wrong location in Bowling Green, Oh - at Shamrock Village as opposed to a muffler repair shop - but both parties were very understanding and all was fine with the return
