Truck was a little bit dirty but other than that was a good rental, staff was great when I forgot something in the truck

Ira JNo issue with the pickup location. My original requested location for my reservation didn't have the 6x12 trailer I requested 10 days prior to my desired pickup date. U-Haul corporate representative informed a day before my rental that I would have to travel 30 miles instead of 3 miles to pickup my rental. I view this as poor online service and will definitely consider this in my next rental with U-Haul.
