We showed up on time to receive the u haul an hour late and was brushed off by the desk attendant multiple times. He ignored our concerns and did not call the person who was late dropping off the u haul until we complained 3 different times.

Dillion was able to get our truck and trailer hooked up and securely even though it was pouring rain!
RAY HI wasn't able to access the key myself, it seemed jammed. Luckily an employee was able to help me. Also the app wouldn't let me take photos of the vehicle at time of pickup. But that obviously isn't the locations fault.
Catherine BAllow the pick up location to do things like rent blankets without renting a truck. (I had to rent a truck in order to pick up blankets because the computer couldn’t handle it otherwise). Allow the pick up location to do minor maintenance. For example the hitch didn’t fit my trailer but I so I had to buy a new one. I should have been able to simply remove the piece that was in the way.
