RENTERS BEWARE!! My confirmed rental was altered during check-in using some crafty story about returning my truck to a different location. Ultimately my online/phone rental was changed, the desk agent said he couldn't change it back & that I could just work with U-Haul customer service once my rental was complete, overriding a commitment to provide me with 250 miles to accommodate a truck not being available at my original confirmed pick-up location. Uhaul customer service personal (Michael and Ross) were unhelpful, would not listen to me, interupted me and talked over me multiple times. They were not interested in helping, they only wanted to point out that I signed an altered and incorrect contact with only 165 miles and 1-day rental, which I did, under duress because I had a full day of moving ahead of me, and the desk agent assured me I could work with U-Haul customer service to resolve. Shame on Uhaul for this customer experience, and the "bait & switch" rental experience that conveniently fell to U-Haul's benefit in the final documentation. Do better for the next person. I can afford the final invoice amount, the next person who is "bait & switched" may have to forego food or other essentials to pay their final invoice. Also, lesson learning to not trust U-haul and print every single correspondence, and screen shot rental confirmation details. Do better U-haul!!

JOHN LThe service was great when we went to pick up the UHaul. However, the U Haul app isn't great. It took 20 min to self return the U Haul due to the page not working properly and an error on the page that would pop up every 30 seconds.
