The service was great when we went to pick up the UHaul. However, the U Haul app isn't great. It took 20 min to self return the U Haul due to the page not working properly and an error on the page that would pop up every 30 seconds.

DANNY RHello, In the past, at other locations, a UHaul person would offer to help hook up the trailer. Not this time. I was able to manage on my own, but an offer to help would have been appreciated. The wheels were not balanced. It was a VERY uncomfortable ride with the trailer empty. Next time I'll shop around before selecting U Haul. Regards,
