Personally did not like location because it was far and many round abouts in truck were uncomfortable. Cab smelled, fairly clean but truck has damage prior to rental and during return, employee questioned if I had done it.

Have more workers- spent over 30 min in line waiting for my rental. The contactless check in is a waste of time if you still have to go in to do everything anyway.

When I came to pick up, one gentleman was on Joe, a football player at the College and especially shart customer service rep and tech. When returning on 10/4, he and a teammate were really busy, however, a couple of techniques they employed made short wait times, and expedited, rental payments, equipment, and drop-offs simultaneously. All team members should be trained as well. As a program analyst, I think their ability to innovate during these high volume times, enabled the 6 -8 people serviced in the 15 minutes I was on the grounds.

One employee was great. Other was maskless. Was agitated and angry when told MN requires masks indoors. Never put one on. Line of approx ten people all masked. I DO NOT WANT THIS PERSON FIRED! I want this on the place of business, allowing an environment where this employee felt it was okay to not wear a mask. This is on them, not the dude who was maskless.

The agent handled the paperwork and hooked up the trailer. He helped me check the lights and I was ready to go. Very pleased with the process and the staff.

When arrived quickly went to get the trailer I reserved. Then the trailer was not in working order once hooked up. Switched to another trailer and it took an hour and a half to get out and on my way. The return was quick and easy but I was put way behind schedule wasting an hour and a half getting the trailer.

I would rate a 0/5 stars! Terrible scammers - beware. They charged nearly $300 for a scrape on the vehicle that we did not cause. Their vehicles have plenty of scrapes on them, but they choose to take a picture of one and attach a big bill to your credit card. No employees were wearing masks and were smoking inside. Terrible business!

The directions for mobile checkout were a bit confusing. Could I checkout ahead of time or was I supposed to wait until I was at the location? Then taking pictures of ID's On-site was difficult to get good pictures of ID. I ended going inside and checking out in person and got great service. Drop off was a piece of cake. Thank you, a very good experience overall!

First, the good: Dropping off the vehicle couldn't have been easier. Took all of 2 minutes. Well done. The bad: Picking up the vehicle was HORRIBLE. I used the online app to do this; had to take pictures of my face, drivers license, AND list another person who could "vouch" for me (warning: they WILL call this person, so warn them that they're going to get a cold call from U-HAUL, even if it's late at night or early in the morning). LOTS of steps to go through for this, so be aware. Also, you need to know that you're doing all of this, only to find out that the LAST STEP is to have to GO INTO THE BUILDING to GET THE KEY!! Why not just go in to begin with? I'll tell you why; U-HAUL wants YOU to do all the work, making it easier for them. Making matters worse, while I was fiddling around with doing all that on my phone app, 2 different customers came and went directly into the store and got in line. When I went into the store to just pick up the key, guess what? I HAD TO GET IN LINE to get the key. I could have (SHOULD have) just went and got in line to begin with. Additionally, when I finally DID get to the front of the line, the worker told me that I'd been given the wrong vehicle (how the heck does that happen? Isn't the app using their system?); the one they had assigned to me had to go out at 7 am the next morning; I'd reserved it for 24 hours, so was supposed to have it back by 1 pm the next day, not 7 am. "Luckily" (according to the man at the desk), they had another truck on the lot that he could switch me in to. I asked why they couldn't just give the person picking the other truck up at 7 am the next day THAT truck, so that I wouldn't have to fill out more paperwork...he gave me a shrug and told me that's how it is. At this point, I was done, and just wanted my truck (I'd wasted over 45 minutes of time that I should have been moving stuff already...workers sitting at my house getting paid for doing nothing while I dealt with U-HAUL). I should point out that the actual human beings that I dealt with at this location were all nice people; they just seemed to be handcuffed by U-HAUL's system. Bottom line; DON'T USE the phone app to do this. You'll spend a lot of time doing it, have to have a friend/family member get a phone call no matter what time of day or night, and then you'll have to GO IN TO GET THE KEY anyways. The time you spend doing this allows others to simply go and get in line in front of you.

The store was supposed to open at 9am. No one got there until 9:45 am. People schedule and plan things according to that, because of that person being late to open it put myself and quite a few other people way behind, made for a big inconviemece! This is not the first time this has happened at this location either, last time the guy opening showed up over an hour late!

There was only one person working on Saturday morning when I picked up my rental, he apologized for the delay when a line formed but I was very impressed with his speed and clarity and work. Even with a line my rental was quick and pleasant. According to my receipt his name is Jerome Fehn so if that was he, he was excellent!
