The cutomers are honestly cared about and attended to in a timely, professional manner. Even at their busiest times every customer is treated like they matter and take priority. I can’t say enough of what a great facility this is and will always recommend it! Jerome and the staff are fantastic!
Jean B | Overall ExperienceThe cement apron in front of my storage unit (B110) was deteriorated substantially. Cement was buckled and chunks broken away with 4 in puddles in front of my unit when it rained. Almost dangerous access when moving items to or from the unit.

Rachel K | Overall ExperienceTruck that I rented had a few issues. Right mirror was loose and kept going out of alignment. Ran a little rough at idle (light misfire; likely worn spark plugs or wires) and had a minor exhaust leak. Transmission fluid was also low.
