Some of the neighbor storage units were smelly. Definitely smelled like cat urine near my unit 1105 when I was moving out. But for most of the time the smell was just fine.

Truck that I rented had a few issues. Right mirror was loose and kept going out of alignment. Ran a little rough at idle (light misfire; likely worn spark plugs or wires) and had a minor exhaust leak. Transmission fluid was also low.
