Hire more employees. The wait over the phone and in person was much too long.

We ended up paying for more than 12 miles in gas, the person before us didn't fill it all the way. The line was filled up to the full line but when we filled the truck the line was passed the full line. This was unfortunate for us so I would suggest that every truck is taken to the gas station by an employee instead of the customer and the customer has to hold a card on file that will be charged for the gas. Some policy similar to this would help the customers like us. We were just doing what was asked of us but ended up taking care of the gas used by the previous person as well.

I returned my van when I rented it the manager who was nice Jerome marked that there was only 7/8 gas in the tank not full and when I came to return it the person working was a man he was very rude and yelling for no reason I couldn’t find my papers and I asked if he can check how much I will pay for extra miles he flipped out on me and said the gas is not full and if I should pay for the gas extra which I was supposed to return at 7/8 which it was but he made me nervous because I couldn’t prove it with no papers he continued verbally abusing me saying bad words and that he is almost the manager and I told him call Jerome he said no I will pay for the gas because no papers then I found the papers and he was still saying bad things to me and in the end he threw the paper at me the final bill and continued saying he will call the cops on me when he was the one being bad the time was 6:28 pm on October 12 at Madison Ave location in Mankato Minnesota

I Rented a the 16 foot and it had only 3/4 gas they told me it was a full tank so when drove out the lot I took the photo of the gas and the mileage to show proof it was 3/4 tank of gas When I return the truck the person was very rude I try to explain to him but he would not list.

It takes forever to get in and out. The people I've dealt with are extremely slow. Especially on the computer. I came in to pick up a reserved trailer. There were 3 people ahead of me. I was there almost 45 minutes. It took 10 minutes for them to sell some boxes and bubble wrap to one of the people ahead of me.

The only thing I did not like was the steering was very loose on the truck I used.

Full service location with a drive-through drop-off that is very handy. I was told by the rep here that they were required to connect the Tow Dolly & help load the vehicle for insurance reasons. It sounds like either U-Haul franchises operate under different rules in different locations or somebody needs to get everyone singing from the same sheet of music.
