I rented a truck in North Attleboro and dropped it off at Mansfield Ma they charge me $ 20 for dropping it off in the wrong place even if they didn't specify where I should drop it off. bad bad experience charging me for their own mistake
Customer know that he's going to be overcharged for two additional days four times the amount advertise on the side of the vehicle + 6/9 + 2 Mile which says on my contract unlimited 750 miles but I was charged $700 for 9 days use glad I could make that month's payment for you
Very easy in and out on both ends. And a lot less than I expected. I needed the truck for just a few hours more than 2 days and so I didnt sendup paying for the full 3 days. This was used for a non profit so every penny counts.
Have someone there who can help and contact U-Haul if there is a problem , I had to call 5 different numbers and was waiting a whole hour for a truck !
The cargo van was dirty; dusty and grainy dirt on the floor.
Not sure how final bill became $89 day. You advertise it as $19.?? I did 100 miles so understand the mileage charge

This location was a complete mess and a poorly run operation. The same can be said for U-Haul as a whole. The pick-up location doubles as a gas station/car repair shop and my U-Haul representative was being pulled in several directions at once. In addition, the U-Haul website/portal was crashing and returning errors for a full hour while we tried to confirm my rental. I sat in a dirty chair with car parts poking me in the back for a full hour while I watched and waited for a website to correctly load and the representative to actually pay attention to the selections he was clicking through. When I returned my rental only a few hours later, I could only drop off the keys to a gas station cashier. This person knew absolutely nothing about the U-Haul renting process and could not give me a drop-off receipt or really anything at all. I had to hope that the key would not be lost and that my rental paperwork would be properly closed on the next business day. To make matters worse, I just received my receipt with the final charges. I cross-checked this with my credit card bill and now I see that I have MULTIPLE pending charges that align with the initial hold charge when I picked up the rental. I understand one holding charge, but two? Overall, I rate this experience a solid 0/5 stars.

There was a problem with the computer, so there was about a 20 min wait to get the truck...I had pre-paid online to avoid this. Also, there is no waiting room per se - it's a mechanic garage / gas station. The guys were nice, but you're just kind of standing there in the middle of a service bay. I had also reserved and paid for 1 dozen furniture pads...the location didn't have any. It's also worth noting that I had reserved my truck at a full service UHaul location (and, again, pre-paid for everything) and received an email changing the location at the last minute. So, I ended up at a garage, having the exact experience I was trying to avoid.

Customer service was horrible they will not take my debit card they wanted a cash deposit I'm thinking because I was a black woman trying to rent a truck and all-white neighborhood customer service over the phone was horrible The representative over the phone with in accommodate us know kind of conversations just a horrible experience in the Walpole area would not recommend anybody anybody to this location

Very good attention. Nice and easy! Si drop off othe truck in the same location.
Inside of the cab was very dirty - full of candy wrappers, etc. Obviously no one bother to clean it at all. The inside of the van smelled like stale cigarette smoke. I ended up spraying Febreeze every day just to tolerate it. Truck ran fine and pickup/dropoff was easy.
Sunday drop off was done on website as location closed which we were aware of.
Your advertised $19.95 a day is misleading with fees and mileage tax it totaled $39.95 ,still a good deal . Maybe you should think about making the fees a little bigger on the trucks so you can read it.
There was a discrepancy with the insurance charge. The rental attendant could not adjust the amount and I had to file a challenge with U-Haul Customer Service. I am still waiting for a response after 48 hours.
