Manager would not accept my vehicle, even when this was my designated drop off location. Was on the phone for hours to find out where my drop off location even was. And more time was wasted, driving 30 mins from where my move was, to this place, and was still held up when this manager was causing us issues. We will be filing a complaint for the service we dealt with on this day. Absolutely terrible from UHaul head office all the way down to frontline workers.

I was given only 5 furniture blankets , despite paying for a dozen. And then when I asked for a refund they charged me $10 - exactly the price of the dozen blankets, and LIED to me that the blankets are $2 a piece - which wrong. I understand that mistakes happen, but deliberate lying to the customer is not something to be tolerated.
NIKOLAY MHad pre-ordered 2 furniture dollies and they weren't in truck upon pickup. This made for a hellish move. Totally unacceptable. Dont recommend.
