I was originally supposed to pick up the trailer in Alliston however, despite having a reservation, it was rented to someone else. I was redirected to another location a half hour further away to get the trailer and was told I would have a $50 credit. Today I got my receipt. Not only did I waste 2 hours of my time to and back picking up and returning the trailer there was no credit applied to the bill. I’m VERY disappointed with u-haul customer service.

Horrible check in guys system was down. Waited an hour for truck. Mileage on truck was incorrect. Almost no gas in the truck
SHAWN SDrop off didn't go so well had to call them to close out the drop-off. And I think I was on er charged by 18 hours.

MARK CThe only thing I wish is that the truck comes with a full tank instead of half a tank, and is returned by me with a full tank, other than that a great experience.
