Location and customer service was great. The only issue had to do with the U-Haul app not the location or customer service I received. It was very tedious and time consuming take pictures of vehicle in order to complete the pickup. Every time I took a picture it would not upload, it took over 30 minutes for me to have to finally call the customer service line to get assistance. I eventually got the app to take pics I needed but it was nerve wrecking and took time from my morning of what I was needing to do. Other than that this location and customer service was great. U-Haul please fix app to be way more user friendly

How U-Haul Reviews WorkYou asked me to return it to Stephenville, not Granbury which is an additional 34 miles and then to charge me for it is unacceptable. The added miles were due to where you asked me to return it to. I drove an extra hour there and back because you asked me to drop it off there. Unbelievable.
