The best guy ever

Sandra JYou booked me for a self pickup knowning that your system was down and it wouldnt work. I got dropped off by an uber early in the morning and was stranded in an abandoned parking lot for 2 hours in the windy, cold weather. I called into your custom service in a panic just to be told the system is down and they couldnt help me. So whats the point of them? You all should be ashamed. This was one of, if not the worst experience Ive ever had with a company. I love when a company gets so big they dont care about the customer anymore and only care about their bottom line. Shameful. The location had nothing to do with my experience. It was solely UHAUL!
