1st: sites for a specific piece of equip, in this case a larger, open trailer showed as avail at one place. I set it up and then you changed it to another site, 20 MILES OUT OF MY WAY! WTF? so I have to go that far twice! 2nd: lady at counter says I didn't rent one with a ramp, I did and told her so, that was the only reason I got the bigger one so I could roll stuff up it. She was EXTREMELY rude and basically told me a I was lying. 3rd: Tried telling me I had to return it at 0900 when my original time was 1200 noon. I told her NO. 4th: She got the paper work wrong and "rented" me a smaller trailer, after all that discussion! I had my print out showing my reservation for the larger trailer with ramp. 5th: the 2 outside helping with hook up and unhooking on return were very friendly, helpful, courteous. Thank you to them. They are the reason I gave you an average and not lower.

You are on the right track. You have hired new personnel. Unfortunately, four new people were scheduled on a busy Sunday morning, making the lines move slowly. There was only one trainer to assist the four new people. Two trainers/experienced people would have been better.

Streamline the secondary contact information step. If I hadn't had to deal with that part, my rental pickup process would have gone much quicker. I would suggest adding the secondary contact info into what I can put into my account online so that it is already there and ready, like my driver license picture was.


Requiring 2 alternate phone numbers that require individual to answer in this time of excessive robo calls where many people do not answer unrecognized numbers greatly slowed the check out process.

Reserved a 20 foot truck, confirmed through Uhaul a week or so before pick up date. Received email the night before saying it was changed to a 15 foot truck with no explanation but they didn't have a 20 foot truck.

This location was 15 plus miles out of my way. I reserved a truck close to me & confirmed the reservation. The next morning my reservation is moved twice because no trucks available near me? Very frustrating & rude desk girl at Kansas Ave location. Where's my credit coming to me?


the truck needed to be washed and cleaned inside...Lots of cuffs marks inside the floor by the doors...Windows dirty...

Truck was poorly maintained. Went into limp mode within 5 miles after departure. Several check engine lights for throttle position sensor, ABS. Gauges quit working. Excessive oil usage.


Only issue is that the credit card machine was not working.


Truck exterior was dirty, inside was clean. I had issues uploading my license ( employee very helpful) however I rented a dolly and furniture mover that wasn't in the truck and I wasn't told I had to pick them up. And of course when dropping off the truck I forgot to mention it the person who checked me out.


No customer service till drop off. Drop off experience was great


Second time, I reserved a truck and my reservation was moved far out of my comfort zone. This was 28 extra miles round trip...which I had to pay for, and it was beyond the travel area, instead of between the two cities. Second time.

Tried the 24/7 pick up. Paid for it. No key on the box. Called costumer service for 2hrs just to find out they can do nothing about it. Overall. They lied. The 24/7 pick up wasn't convenient at all.

There was a mix up with my reservation and the truck I ended up getting was entirely too small. I have to end up renting another moving truck that day from a different company to accommodate my needs.

Honor gas return fee. Received truck with 7/8 gas. Returned truck with exact same 7/8 tank full and yet I am being charged for gas?? I thought there was no charge if returned with exact same gas truck was received with.

Always have an agent present on pickup-the actual truck asked for on pickup. I asked for 26 and wound up with 20
