The personnel needs to explain to customers about gas credit. Getting credit for $ 8 dollars on a quarter tank wen you spend 25 dollars for that is not rigth. Event do they give you credit for something else ok. But is not the case.. Customer care needs to explain well to customers about gas credit..

My uhaul was scheduled to be picked up at 7:30 pm (after store closed). I arrived to pick it up & there was "no equipment assigned to me." After spending a half hour on the phone trying to figure out what was going on, I decided I would come back in the morning since the operator couldn't help me & the GM wasn't answering their phone line. In the morning, I called the location, they told me I had to call scheduling (a general number). I called scheduling, they told me I had to call the store. I called the store, an answering service picked up & told me I had to go to the location. Upon arrival, I waited in the store for 10 minutes without being helped. I then had to walk outside to find someone; I found the GM. He acted like he never even saw my account, but finally - I got a truck.

Charged me for 8 miles when I at the most went total 3 or less impossible I went 8. They also charged $10 for gas when I filled with gas and it was exactly the same when returned as when I got it.

Truck is dirty inside and outside clean before you rented out to custumer

I’d provide a higher rating but they incorrectly took my email address over the phone and then didn’t verify it when we picked up the truck. I didn’t receive my reservation info and wasn’t able to return the truck after hours without having to call U-Haul’s 1-800 number. It was taken care of over the phone but I felt like it was an unnecessary step and wasted time that I could have used getting my kids back home to bed. The equipment was very clean though. And although there was a procedural issue made, the staff was very friendly and courteous nonetheless.

Despite serious computer/corporate website issues, the employees handled everything in a calm manner. The website issues were so bad (on a busy Saturday morning) that customers had to wait 2-3 hours to be helped. Once systems were up and running, discounts were offered and open communication about the situation was offered throughout the ordeal.

Customer satisfaction should be a priority, but at this facility due to being so busy you forward all of the incoming calls to a "call center" in which doesn't prepare a customer with the valid information needed to rent a uhaul. Then when advising the "general manager" of my frustrations he used the excuse that each facility has different requirements and call centers can't differentiate them. In this case maybe you should hire some more staff because NONE of the customers booking a rental with the "call center" will get the right information and due to being "so busy" they will never be able to answer phones for themselves. Moral of the story excuses don't satisfy customers. First time renting a uhaul and this is the experience I had and defiantly won't be going back to this facility.

Good big store and the front desk guy was friendly. My complaint is the back of the truck was not cleaned out and the inside was dirty as well. No walk through or checklist was provided.

THIS facility was fantastic in fixing what completely botched!! If not for them, I wouldnt have had a truck and been able to make the moving deadline that we were on. I do have a complaint into Uhaul corporate and how that is resolved will determine if I ever give Uhaul business again.
