I was directed to pick up the transport at this location because the original location in Douglasville on Hwy 78 the equipment was defective the person there couldn't help to resolve it so I had to drive to another location and all I was offered was the same as what I originally paid for although I ended up missing work for half a day

This location is not reachable by phone at all. They also over charged us. We had to go back in to correct our charges.

never thought a uhaul place could be so pleasant. amazing staff inside the beer store were super helpful and friendly. they were flexible and accomodating and even helped me make some last second additions. i would send my mom to these guys theyre that nice.

Can't beat a good ole mom and pops place. They sale amazing beers and wines inside, but at the end of the day its a family owned business that treats its customers like family.

Except for the few pieces of UHaul equipment out front, it was tough to tell this was a return location. It's, well, a liquor store.

On pickup, an agent was able to help me hook it up, but the agent on my return was alone having to run the store and another customer had to help me remove it from the hitch. It was too heavy for me alone. However, the agent was very cooperative and dealt effectively with my billing and refund business. I had reserved 24 pads, but only six were available. The trailer had not been swept out and had clay soil in it. Otherwise, okay.

Hands down best service in the world. A really cool family that owns the location. They have the best beer and wine selection inside the store and the uhaul pick up and drop off on the outside. Better than Total Wine, Wine World, Minks, and better than Sherlocks. All I wanted was a uhaul to help with my move, but I ended up getting a uhaul, a 6 pack of tropicalia, a 12 pack of sierra nevada, and a bottle of roscato (CHEAPER THAN WALMART)! Uhaul was easy. "heres your keys sir, and good luck with the move". When I returned it, the same service. GREAT ALL AROUND.
