Drop-off was terrible. The facility was closed and the app couldn't find my account. Another lengthy phone call to tech support was now needed to ensure the equipment was checked in on time. I managed to get that cleared up, having to email pictures to the agent on the phone. But then uhaul still charged me for an extra day. Another phone call to support was required to clear up the charge that never should have been applied.
