The floor dolly didn't work for us. We brought it back 15 mins later but couldn't get our 7.00 refund. We know we had to test it. Problem is the wheel were too low and the middle bottomed out on the ramp!James E.

No one was at the location key was in a lock box and the website would not let me open it had to call the guy running the Uhaul when I finally got the keys Trailer was not connected to truck and we hooked it up and went to get the car we checked the lights when we got into Indiana and bought a new connector still only running lights drove to Kentucky and called roadside assistance took and he found the fuse was missing also while driving the air conditioning went out I was fed up at this time and returned the truck and trailer in Radcliff KY and service was outstandingkelly G.

The online reservation failed to send us a code to obtain the key for the vehicle. When the manager showed up he re-wrote the reservation to include optional insurance charges we did not want. When asked to correct this he indicated he would take care of it. It was never corrected and emails sent to the billing inquiry site bounced back. We were overcharged.KIRK M.

I didn't notice there was broken glass and screws in the cargo area toward the back until I was sweeping out. All of my stuff was in bins so it wasn't mine. Otherwise everything was great.JAMES L.
