The U-Haul app did not work properly so I called customer service and he helped as much as he could but we had to wait for the store to open so we could finish the transaction as the moving blankets and appliance dolly were not in the truck. The person at the store added the blankets but did not have an appliance dolly and recommended that I stop at the store on Cleveland Ave but that store/gas station doesn't operate U-Haul on weekends and was of no help. Very frustrating.
