Customer service was misleading and the employees seemed more interested in “going over the good ol days” with local customers. No sense of urgency or care for all that matters. The customer. I wish you well, but does not seem like they could continue this way

The only issue i had with any part of the service was while trying to take pictures of the truck it consistently said there was some kind of issue with the photo and that was frustrating to deal with no one wants to maby be charged for something they didn't do and it is a genuine concern pleas do something to make submitting photos easier. Also dont require some one to fill out what they dont want to i just wanted to write this not fill out an entire page but if I want anyone to read this ill have to and the rating in no way reflects my actual opinion i selected what I did to simply be done with this over all its annoying.
RYAN RCup holder was broke not a huge deal due to not having a passenger with me so I could flip down the middle seat
