The truck and location were great, and I had zero problems with them. The online check in process, however, is excruciating. Expecting two references to not only be available, but then have to drop what they are doing to wait for a call from Uhaul is a bit ridiculous. It took 30 minutes to get through the whole process with is 20 minutes too long on my opinion.
