How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was scheduled to pickup at 0900. The assigned truck was scheduled to return at 0930! Local site was aware of the schedule issue. But, scheduling is done at a corporate level. Not all employees seemed to be competent in UHaul pick up processing.
Matthew MFind a more helpful and friendly place to help a With process. My husband fell completely out of the truck because there in a need for another step to get out. The truck, especially for the older people that need to use your services. When I finally got him off the pavement I went in told the guy and he just ignored what I said and told me that the return process was on the website. Fortunately my husband seems to be alright but the guy never asked if he was alright. I hope I never have to rent a truck again but if I do, it won’t be with U-Haul.
Sandra BHad to have the Uhaul app on your phone to return the truck. The app wasn't working so had to call customer service. Was on the phone for 30 min to do the return. Also didn't get $100 deposit back.
Marajo BI had a fantastic experience - would definitely use this location again.
