Had to have the Uhaul app on your phone to return the truck. The app wasn't working so had to call customer service. Was on the phone for 30 min to do the return. Also didn't get $100 deposit back.

Michael AMore about the U-Haul company or division and the online app. Didn’t work very well, didn’t accept my pictures. I can’t get anyone to tell me I would get my money back for the miles charge , estimates vs the actual used miles. Should be getting back $33 dollars. The people were nice but able to figure out the system while trying to get my truck .
Mike MThe truck was crazy expensive! It was good for the most part, but it had a water leak in the roof which thankfully I noticed since I loaded a bit in the rain otherwise it would have dripped on my books.
