More about the U-Haul company or division and the online app. Didn’t work very well, didn’t accept my pictures. I can’t get anyone to tell me I would get my money back for the miles charge , estimates vs the actual used miles. Should be getting back $33 dollars. The people were nice but able to figure out the system while trying to get my truck .

The truck was crazy expensive! It was good for the most part, but it had a water leak in the roof which thankfully I noticed since I loaded a bit in the rain otherwise it would have dripped on my books.
Philip SIt is a busy location, so be patient. There’s supposedly a key Dropbox but I didn’t see it so I took it inside.
Krista SIt was almost perfect until the return process happened. I picked it up from location and it went amazing and the truck was clean and drove great and we had it for like 5hrs and then decided to return it early and that was terrible. No one at the location to help with the return, completely rude and then when we figured out on the app to return, it was so not user friendly at all and way to time consuming. Will not be recommending or ever coming back to this location. Drop off should be as amazing as everything else since we were so tired after busting ass to move our daughters stuff to her new home.
