It’s kinda confusing where things are on the property. It should be clear this is thermal place walk in that door. You have a drive thru a bbq place there it’s all kinda confusing. Maybe add some signs and have it more inviting. I felt like I was doing a back door drug deal in a dark alley. Make it less scary. I had my sister with me and i would not want here to have done all that by herself.

We rented two trucks. The first truck had a problem-the ramp would not go back into the truck, and the driver was asking for help. The rental location representative was not helpful. We asked him to call the driver, but all he did was tell him to call the 800 number. NO help was given. The second truck had the check engine light on. The driver told the representative and was told 'drive it anyway'. This was not a good experience in any way.
