Ran into issues with another location as they were closed yesterday (Easter Monday. Not a statutory holiday, uhaul is telling me they are open so I drive 200km to drop off the trailer to find out this is not the case). Then call uhaul today and was told the additional days would not be charged (spoke with Jackie from uhaul call in center). Then when I drop off the trailer today at the location which is actually open, I end up being charged for the 2 additional days. I will actively encourage others to use anyone else, unless someone from uhaul would like to call me and address this issue.Jamie D.
I had to go 20 kms out of the way to get a truck as apparently it was the closest to me and pay 69 cents a km , for that truck was under 1/2 a tank of fuel , I put 30 dollars is it only went 100 kms and they still charge me 15 dollars for fuel , it's a scam the way you do it , I drive a transport for a living and don't pay that much in fuel to go 100 kms !ASHLEY S.

My over all experience with U-Haul and this particular location was horrible. Even though I reserved the dolly and other items in the reservation, nothing was available. I got a lot of advice from the person on how customer should be knowledgeable rather the u-haul understanding the customer as if it was my mistake to book u-haul on month end. Also, he charged 17 dollars for 15 km usage.GURUPRASAD B.

I had to wait longer than I expected because of other business that the owner had to service. Inside the car was some dirt on the cupholder area. I reported this in the application when taking the car. There was also some dust. I had to use your application to return the car and if chose the report car was dirty I had to pay $25 for cleaning. This is flaw in the process. As a result I chose car was clean, so the next customer will face the same issue.Kamran M.
They charged me 25 CAD plus tax for cleaning and when I asked why, they said it was dusty. This is rip off. I rented U-Haul several times before and never charged for the cleaning.ABBAS T.

My booking was from 12:30 pm. About 25 min I waited at the store as the store person was busy with his own business (LED Lighting) customer. Truck was ready but he was answering his customer. There is conflict of interest between U-Haul and other businessMojtaba G.
1 - don't make the customer have to re-answer all the online pre-check in questions when they arrive for pick-up, especially when doing it online was supposed to speed up the process. 2 - check that your vehicles are working before the customer arrives 3 - take responsibility to fix the issue with the vehicle and not leave it to the customer when the vehicle hasn't even left your property. Serious need to improve customer service. 4 - keep jumper cables available on siteJennifer P.

We did not have a reservation, yet we received excellent and curteous service, the van was in great shape, clean and functional, we left the key in the box and by the end of the day we received the receipt for the whole service charge -- overall a very pleasant experience!CATALIN G.
