We returned the truck the day before it was due at 2 minutes before closing and were charged the after hours fee. The safe Move Charge was 10.00 more than quoted on line. The person at the counter was leaving and instead of saying politely that he was leaving and could not process the truck he just said "nope" and threw the keys on the counter and walked out. I could have parked the truck somewhere else for the night and come back in the morning if that would have avoided the after hours fee. I won't rent here again. My expectation is to be treated respectfully. I understand if the shop is closing for the day.

Jordon BDidn't know it was 20 dollars after shop closed thought 1995 a day was a little longer than Five hours didn't read fine print but nice lady said it was no problem bringing truck back after Five. Was finished in three hrs didn't want to fight traffic
