The owner was rude, I had asked for shipping pads and a dolly and were charged for them and they didn't have them, windshield of truck was broken and again I was charged and needed the above items and was not provided them

Personnel were slow, not knowledgeable, and not very helpful. We were handed a set of keys and told to go find the truck by the numbers. The gas tank was not full when we picked it up and we were told to just make sure it had that much gas when we dropped it off. We took a picture of the gas gauge, then when we turned the truck back in we were charged for filling it up!
