How U-Haul Reviews WorkContacted the location multiple times to ask what the fuel level should be when I return. After the 2nd call, the owner said “don’t worry about it, I’ll take care of it”. I still got at $56 dollar extra charge for fuel. Also I returned the vehicle at 4:30 and the owner had left for the day even though the hours were until 5:00. Very disappointing.
James VIt was after hours on a Saturday evening so no one was there. Understandable.
James GIt was a non contact drop off, no muss no fuss
Jonathan DMaybe wash inside of the windshield before the next person? It was quite difficult to see through.
